Teaming Up to Help Special Kids.

Team Hole in the Wall enlists runners, bikers and triathletes to participate in events as a THIW Team Member to raise money for Paul Newman’s Hole in the Wall Camps for Kids. We inspired and recruited these athletes to join the Team through strategic online marketing campaigns.

Blog Design

In our most recent project with Team Hole in the Wall we were tasked with designing their blog. Their blog objective was simple… it had to strike a good balance between playful and inspiring. And it needed to give Team Hole in the Wall’s staff the flexibility to promote events and stories of those who have been touched by this great cause.  Our design does just that with a background that reminds you of those days spent in summer camp, capturing the essence of inspired team members and overjoyed children with Polaroid-style pictures scattered throughout.  Prominent calls to Join the Team and opportunities to follow them on social networking sites round out the design, motivating readers to get involved.

Team Hole in the Wall Banners

Banner Ad Strategy & Design

Partnering with THIW we launched a comprehensive banner ad campaign to reach prospective Team members. Creatively we used photography of athletes and Hole in the Wall Camp kids to evoke the spirit of the team, and attract new athletes. We crafted messaging to inspire each athlete and developed the campaign tagline, “Challenge yourself to change the life of a child.”

Team Hole in the Wall Social Media

Social Media

We helped THIW reach more Team members and spread the word about their organization through a Twitter strategy and design. The page design extends the “Challenge yourself” message and incorporates THIW’s great photography of kids and athletes on a whimsical corkboard. Our goal was to demonstrate the family-friendly nature of THIW and the inspiration and satisfaction that comes from helping these special kids.
