With articles, a blog, RSS feeds and a flash map of political races, we provided comprehensive coverage of LGBT politics. And at every step, we provided multiple ways to learn about, support and contribute to the Victory candidates.
Aesthetically we used red, white and blue to convey democracy and a sense of citizenship and chose crisp typography to bring calls to action to life. With action-oriented messaging we encouraged users to donate using the Contribute Now feature, and get involved through email signups, events and candidate support initiatives.
The entire site is managed by a full-featured Content Management System. In addition to controlling site content, it provides Victory the tools to market and collect donations on behalf of candidates. Funds collected adhere to complex campaign finance laws and are deposited directly into the appropriate bank accounts of individual candidates.
