A newbie to digital marketing, Madeleine brings an eagerness to learn and over seven years of administrative experience to her seat at the Interactive Strategies table. Previously, she worked with real estate developers to streamline and modernize internal processes, or as she puts it, “simultaneously herding cats and putting out fires.” She’s also spent a fair amount of time behind the bar – the coffee bar, that is. As a barista at some of DC’s most well known cafes, she honed her ability to deal with the caffeine-deprived among us, providing exceptional customer service and a friendly smile.
Madeleine’s role as Executive Assistant and Happiness Manager centers on helping the team live up to our Core Values—primarily, that details matter and everyone deserves to come to work and be happy. With her ability to multi-task paired with an uncanny attention to detail and mellifluous laugh, you might just think she was born to manage happiness.
She is a firm believer in work-life balance; so much so, in fact, she moved to Southwest D.C. just to be able to watch Nationals games from her 10th floor, stadium-facing apartment. She also enjoys baking, polishing her rusty French, and spending time with her two cats, Leroy and Jethro.
