Can you feel the love?

I.S. is a great place to work. We tell you this all the time. So we thought, "why not hear it from the peeps' mouths instead?" See what gets them out the door and keeps them happily productive every Monday through Friday. (Our cupcake parties? They're a given.)

Why Do We Like I.S.?

Vanessa: We have a great work environment where everyone is always willing to help. I also like that every client is unique, has different needs and come from a variety of industries. It presents a new challenge each time.

Dean: R.E.S.P.E.C.T. At I.S., we respect your opinion – we want to hear it – unfiltered please.  We respect your life, we want I.S.  to be an important part of your life, but not what it revolves around. We respect process. We understand that the best experiences come from a process that involves equal parts, strategy, design, content, development and marketing.  We respect our designs. We take care to design the best experience possible, and make sure it is produced exactly the way it was intended. Getting the little details right is very important to us.

Bruce: We believe that everyone deserves to come to work and be happy. And when that is not the case, we try to understand and do what we can to make it better.

Chris: Wine Fridays, great location, able to work remote and its right above a bar.

Corey: I love the people I work with.. you know you spend more time at work than at home, so its key to have a great work environment. Everyone is intelligent, easy to get along with, and just plain "cool."

Paul B.: I work at I.S. because I have the flexibility to be myself and because my opinion is desired and respected.

Paul M.: We're always looking for new trends and new things in the web world, which gives us something awesome to present to clients and it also helps us improve our skills. It sounds like a simple thing, but its missing in some workplaces, and I think it's important to keep that constant improvement idea going.

VictorThe location is nice.  I can bike to work in ten minutes and I have two metro options and a bus route if I don't feel like biking.

Brad: We care about the small stuff. We are a diverse group, yet everyone has something to contribute and all voices are heard. Also, there are five excellent hamburger joints; six yogurt shops; numerous coffee shops; and one Irish Whiskey Pub within walking distance.
