We were born and raised in Washington, D.C., but now have team members in more than 20 states (and a couple of countries). Policies and retreats help us make sure we’re still working, learning, and growing together.

We build skillsets and mindsets, and we take professional growth seriously. Structured career growth plans, mentorship, conference attendance, and internal programming and education are all part of the plan.

Not a complicated idea or formula. When the company does well, we share the rewards. Every full-time employee receives a discretionary profit-sharing bonus, paid out 2x/year. There are also bonuses for new clients and new team members.

We recognize that life doesn’t always happen outside the typical 9-5.

As such, we believe that each team member should take personal responsibility and accountability for managing their own hours and place of work, while balancing being a good team player and doing great work for our clients.
