Key takeaways:

  • People—not just technology—are at the heart of everything we create.
  • We define ourselves as people-first, building digital experiences rooted in human needs and real-world impact.
  • Our work is guided by long-term relationships, empathy, and a deep understanding of the people our clients serve.

In the past few years, we’ve put ourselves through that process, challenging ourselves to better define who we are, how we approach all of our projects, and what makes us, well, us.

Part of that process was looking across our industry and nearby industries. We looked at hundreds of agencies like ours. Some agencies call themselves digital forward. Or mobile first. Or data driven.
