When RCN approached Interactive Strategies, their website was complex…to say the least. It lacked a clear customer journey and needed a true path to conversion. Using RCN’s geographic focus as its differentiator, we redesigned everything from the mobile buy-flow to the interface of the site’s Ecommerce platform – creating a comparative pricing module that’s easy to analyze and streamlined for selection.
