Alexa supports the day-to-day operations that keep Interactive Strategies running smoothly. As part of the HR and Operations team, she assists with recruiting, onboarding, and employee engagement while helping maintain processes that ensure efficiency across the agency.

A psychology major at the University of Maryland with a focus on Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Alexa brings a thoughtful, people-centered approach to her work. Her academic background and hands-on experience in administration and organizational support have strengthened her ability to balance structure with empathy—promoting both operational excellence and a positive employee experience.

Before joining Interactive Strategies, Alexa served in leadership and support roles at organizations including Survivor Maryland, Rally House, and TerpQuest, where she honed her skills in coordination, communication, and problem-solving.

Outside of work, Alexa enjoys reading, working out, and spending time with friends and family—among whom she is known for her near-perfect track record at predicting sports outcomes.
