Claire believes every great strategy begins with a conversation—so she’s honed her listening skills over the years. She sees strategy as a tool for connecting the dots between where clients are today, and where they want to be tomorrow.
With more than a decade of experience, Claire is a strategist with an insider’s perspective. She began her career in design and now specializes in the research and analysis behind great design — specifically audience research, information architecture and UX. She is passionate about helping organizations find clarity on their toughest issues and take action quickly. Most recently she has partnered with such clients as CFP Board, NAACP, the Wilson Center and Fairtrade America.
Outside of work, Claire splits her time between mastering board games and curling up with a good book. No matter what she’s doing, she usually has a cup of hot tea in hand.
