Claire Gangopadhyaya
Associate Director, Strategy
B.A. in Visual Communication, Business Administration & Theatrical Design – Loyola University Chicago
Claire is a strategist who helps organizations navigate complexity and communicate with purpose. With more than 14 years of experience in audience research, UX, content strategy, and stakeholder collaboration, she’s worked with groups like the NAACP, Action Against Hunger, and the Harvard Kennedy School to shape meaningful communications.
She enjoys tackling tough problems like taxonomy overhauls or complex content migration planning, especially when the outcome makes things simpler or more effective for her clients and their audiences. Her approach is clear, grounded, and always user-centered.
Outside of work, Claire is a proud toddler mom, fiction reader, and devoted tea drinker. She brings the same steady energy to parenting and strategy sessions, though only one occasionally involves snacks and crayons.
