Dan Jecha

Creative Director

B.F.A. in Graphic Design – University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee

With nearly 20 years of experience, Dan is a seasoned designer and UX lead who brings structure and focus to complex challenges. His experience includes creative direction, IA, research, and team mentorship.

Throughout his career, Dan has worked on many well-known brands including The American Red Cross, Bloomberg BNA, World Bank Group, Trek Bikes, GE Healthcare, National Constitution Center, and George Washington’s Mount Vernon. In 2020, his design for The Wilderness Society earned a Webby nomination.

He’s driven by a simple but powerful goal: help clients tell their stories and connect with their audiences in meaningful ways. Dan also mentors junior designers and values building a creative, collaborative space where others can do their best work.

Outside the office, Dan is either behind a camera lens or dodging foam darts in a Nerf battle. On weekends, you’ll likely find him hiking, camping, or cycling, basically doing anything that doesn't involve a screen or a swivel chair.
