Ilana is a data-driven digital marketer who specializes in performance analysis, audience strategy, and multi-channel campaign management. They bring a thoughtful, meticulous approach to developing digital strategies that help mission-driven organizations deepen engagement and drive sustained growth.
Before joining Interactive Strategies, Ilana supported a wide range of nonprofits and advocacy organizations, including Kids in Need of Defense (KIND), Peninsula Open Space Trust (POST), People for the American Way, and the League of Women Voters. During their tenure at Fresh Eyes Digital, they were promoted twice for their ability to translate complex data into actionable insights, guide cross-team project execution, and strengthen campaign effectiveness across email, advertising, and integrated channels.
With a background in project management and analytics, Ilana excels at shaping strategies that are both adaptable and grounded in performance trends. As a full-service Engaging Networks partner, they bring platform expertise that supports efficient builds, migrations, and testing programs.
Outside of work, Ilana enjoys crocheting, doing puzzles, and cheering on their favorite women’s hockey teams. They’re also a lifelong musician who can play 10 instruments—and counting.
