Jay Blaise is the Operations & HR Intern at Interactive Strategies and a student at the University of Maryland, where he’s pursuing degrees in finance and psychology. With experience supporting large student communities, facilitating DEI initiatives, and managing data in both academic and business settings, Jay brings a thoughtful and people-focused lens to every task.

At Interactive Strategies, Jay supports internal operations and HR initiatives that make day-to-day work smoother and more connected. He’s especially drawn to efforts that build community, foster inclusion, and create space for collaboration.

Outside the office, you can find Jay experimenting in the kitchen, adding to his vinyl collection, or skating through town. He’s seen more concerts than he can count and he’s always game for one more.
