Kye is a strategist and operations leader with over 20 years of experience, driven by a strong belief in the power of people working together toward shared goals. She has guided digital transformations for national nonprofits, associations, publishers, and enterprise brands through thoughtful research and a practical, creative approach to problem solving.
As a managing partner at IS, Kye continues to work directly with clients while also helping to shape the agency’s direction and values. She’s known for bringing structure to complexity, and finding elegant solutions to tough challenges.
Kye is a certified scuba diver and trained underwater archaeologist so she’s no stranger to navigating environments even more unpredictable than agency life. When she’s not underwater, she’s cooking, doing yoga, or spending time with her dog.
