Patrick Russo
Patrick Russo is a Digital Advertising Manager with expertise in SEM strategy, paid social campaigns, and performance marketing across Google's suite of products. He's managed campaigns for clients spanning consumer tech, gaming, and fundraising, bringing a test-and-learn approach to every account.
Before transitioning to digital advertising, Patrick worked at a running store helping customers find the perfect pair of shoes, an experience that shaped how he approaches strategy today. He believes finding the right marketing approach is a lot like finding the right running shoe: learn what's worked (or hasn't) in the past, test different options, and measure the results to inform what comes next. It's a philosophy rooted in curiosity, iteration, and fit.
Outside of work, Patrick enjoys running around D.C., storm watching in the summer, and crafting meticulously worded movie reviews on Letterboxd. He's also an avid chess player who favors the King's Gambit—not the most effective opening, but one that always guarantees an interesting game.
