Yu-Yen (aka Ruby) is a Business Analyst with a background in user experience and human-centered design. She works across requirements analysis, usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and risk review, making sure every site from IS is both easy to use and built to last.
She enjoys seeing a website take shape, tracking its progress from concept to launch one fix, tweak, or test at a time.
Ruby's eye for good form was shaped long before she stepped into tech. She has practiced Chinese calligraphy for over a decade and used to handwrite Spring Festival couplets for friends and family.
