Destination DC, Washington DC's official tourism agency, launched the "DC Cool" campaign to promote the hipper side of the Nation’s Capital. They asked us to help them show all the great things that DC has to offer.
A hip and sophisticated city deserves a hip and sophisticated site. Bold imagery, sleek navigation and a crisp layout make the user experience pop.
To keep the site fresh and vibrant, we integrated social media and encouraged site visitors to participate on through Facebook, Twitter (#dccool) and Instragram. By integrating social feeds back into the site, visitors can actually be part of the experience and contribute content about cool events happening around the city.
