To help Lingo increase VoIP sales across domestic and international markets we started with a message platform that highlighted the key benefits of Lingo's services and packaged it in a vibrant visual design.
We took the guesswork out of finding a phone plan with an easy Plans & Rates selector. In a streamlined user interface that displays only the most essential plan information at a glance, prospective customers have all the information they need to compare options within Lingo's residential, business and mobile offerings.
We developed a comprehensive search strategy that went beyond basic keyword optimization. Using multivariate testing we ensured optimal performance of targeted banner ads. We also developed content for a suite of landing pages targeted at the 45 countries in Lingo';s international plans.
Sales went up 96% in the months after launch. Organic traffic increased 44%, and organic traffic increased 100% for select keywords. Bounce rates decreased by 22%, page views increased by 25% and and conversion rates increased by 28%.
